You Have Left Me Alone

The Light has left the Candle alone, alone forever

Standing deserted, the candle looks for its light to return

It’s an endless staying up, an oscillating cradle of desire and despair

Hey, my sorrow, come back, light your love again

In the midst of all round clamouring, the horde of people move on

The aloneness grips the broken heart, the silence burns on

Endless shadows of faces dance in the realm of blue heaven

They come and go away, but that veiled angelic face doesn’t return

The music of the rambling breeze,

the sound of the swinging trees;

The sailing boat on the river,

the infatuating melody of the folk lore;

They always float in my obsession,

but they all exist beyond my perception

The sun doesn’t knock my oriel nowadays

The moonlight doesn’t talk to me these days

That little sparrow doesn’t visit me any more

The spring has left me, taken adieu from my door

Hey, my first love, my queen

Hey, my first sorrow, the guardian of my Eden

Where are you lost, in the kingdom of darkness?

The path is unknown, how can you light the silence;

Here I cry, the tears can’t flow to you

Come back, together we will ride to see the sunshine.
